Since entering the league in 2020, Buffalo Bills receiver Gabriel Davis has been a contributor to Josh Allen and the Bills’ passing offense. Who could ever forget his historic performance in the 2022 divisional round game against the Kansas City Chiefs, where he brought in eight catches for 201 yards and four touchdowns? Not to mention, his fourth touchdown should have been the game-winner with 13 seconds left…

Aside from that outlier of a game, Davis has been up and down for the Bills for most of his career. Being a fourth round draft pick, Davis wasn’t expected to become an All-Pro, but he has shown flashes of being a solid number two receiver in the NFL. The problem is that he is heading into a contract year in 2023. Should the Bills take a chance and extend Davis to an extension? Should they let him play out his rookie contract before he hits the open market?
