3 questions for the Buffalo Bills wide receivers entering training camp
By Brandon Ray
3.) Are the Buffalo Bills set at wide receiver, or do they continue to explore free agency?
Maybe this training camp will show the Bills what their current wide receiver group is capable of heading into the season. Or, maybe they will show that the Bills need to bring in another receiver to pair with the group.
Whether it is veteran experience or even just overall talent, I would not say that the Bills are done exploring the free agent wide receiver market. For what seems like forever now, free agent receiver DeAndre Hopkins has been linked to the Bills as a potential addition. While the rumors have calmed down and there does not seem to be any leads, Hopkins to Buffalo is still a possibility.
Aside from Hopkins, other notable free agent receivers like Jarvis Landry and Byron Pringle can provide a veteran presence for this receiving core at potentially an inexpensive contract. The wide receiver position seems like an uneasy position to be excited about this upcoming season, so training camp will give a better idea of how this core will look.
