Buffalo Bills trade with the San Francisco 49ers for Brandon Aiyuk
The San Francisco 49ers have put together an impressive offense with players like Christian McCaffrey, George Kittle, Deebo Samuel, and Brandon Aiyuk with Brock Purdy leading the way at quarterback. However, the 49ers are going to have to make some tough decisions in the near future with some players like Purdy in line for big contract extensions.
This means the 49ers could be open to trading a player like Brandon Aiyuk as he is entering the final year of his contract. The former first round pick has had impressive back-to-back seasons with over 1,000 receiving yards each season and 15 touchdowns during that stretch.
The Buffalo Bills are going to be losing Gabe Davis in free agency and with Stefon Diggs being 30 years old, adding a wide receiver that could take pressure off Diggs and eventually step in as the number one wide receiver makes a lot of sense.
A trade would certainly cost a lot but if the Bills can try to package a second round pick with a couple Day 3 picks, it might be enough to get a deal done.
