Things are looking up for the Buffalo Bills who winners of their last two games against the Kansas City Chiefs and the Dallas Cowboys, and have improved to 8-6 with more of a chance to get into the playoff picture.
Even though they need a little bit of help, they catch a schedule break this weekagainst the Los Angeles Chargers. New interim head coach Giff Smith will now operate the Chargers after the firing of Brandon Staley. In addition, it will be Easton Stick under center rather than Justin Herbert. The Bills cannot afford to be in a close matchup against a team that has gone downhill over the last month of football.
This was not the matchup that fans may have been expecting between Stick and Josh Allen, but the quarterback battle favors the Bills and Buffalo has the advantage. At this point in the season, the Bills should take any breaks they can get to atleast get into a wild card spot.
