For the past two weeks, the Buffalo Bills have put on a horrible display of football. They have been outscored 58-30 and their offensive performance against the Houston Texans showed the NFL that they have a desperate need at wide receiver.

While Josh Allen made the wrong kind of history by completing just 30% of his passes, he is not fully responsible for it. Even though he made some questionable throws, his receivers were no support whatsoever. The fact that Keon Coleman was the team’s leading receiver with 49 yards off of one reception is unsettling.

With Khalil Shakir not active against the Texans, Buffalo looked upon Coleman, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Mack Hollins and Curtis Samuel to get the receiving game going. All that we saw was 18 targets between these four receivers and a total of four receptions, per Matthew Bove. It's clear as day that the Bills need to address this major concern.

NFL legend Larry Fitzgerald is on the Davante Adams-to-Buffalo train

Former Arizona Cardinals legend wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald was on The Rich Eisen Show and gave his thoughts on Adams and where his future could lead to. Fitzgerald talked about how the Bills would be the best landing spot because of the clear-as-day need at the position. With Adams on the backend of his career, he should want to land in a spot that would give him the best chance.

The trade talk has really heated up the last week for Adams. It’s clear as day that Adams will be out of Las Vegas, now it’s just a matter of when. There are some issues with a trade for Adams. His contract is not cheap and the Raiders would more than likely be looking to avoid having to take on some of his salary.

Not to mention, Buffalo has salary cap problems and unless Brandon Beane can pull off some big time magic to make a trade go through financially, Bills fans might be disappointed by a lack of a trade for Adams.
