For the first time since Week 2, the Buffalo Bills are back on the road for an out of conference Monday night battle against the Atlanta Falcons. Buffalo is looking to get back into the win column after taking their first loss of the season to Drake Maye and the Patriots this past Sunday night.

For the last two weeks, the Bills have not played good football whatsoever. They are playing undisciplined and are not playing complimentary football. Despite being at 4-1 and still at the top of the AFC East, the Bills have a lot to clean up for this road matchup ahead of them.

Heading into this matchup, we had the chance to speak with Jason Kandel, who is the Site Expert for Blogging Dirty that covers the Falcons. Kandel gave some insights about the Falcons that Bills fans won’t want to miss out on.

Week 6 insights for Bills vs. Falcons

1.) The Bills’ run defense has been atrocious this season and now being tasked to stop Atlanta’s rushing attack is going to be tough. Do you expect Atlanta to focus on the run game against Buffalo?

"I expect the Falcons to focus on the run regardless. Bijan Robinson looks like a perennial Offensive Player of the Year, and with Michael Penix Jr. looking inconsistent through four games, I expect it to be a similar game script to their last primetime game in Week 2."

2.) Who do you see as the Falcons’ x-factor on defense to help stop Buffalo’s offense and why?

"The defense’s biggest X-Factor is the X-Man himself, Xavier Watts. Divine Deablo was the other name that came to mind here, but the rookie has been fantastic. He was named the NFC Rookie of the Month, and against a potent Bills passing attack, his range and instincts will be crucial."

3.) What is a major weakness that the Falcons have that the Bills could attack?

"As it stands, the Falcons’ biggest weakness is in the secondary. A.J. Terrell is no guarantee to play in Week 6,and Dee Alford was a massive liability against the Commanders.  And poor secondary play is the last thing you can afford against the reigning MVP…"

4.) What is your score prediction for this Monday night battle?

"My prediction is 28-20 Bills. The Falcons have an extra week of rest due to the bye sothey’llkeep it close."
