The Buffalo Bills lost in heartbreaking fashion in the Divisional Round to the Denver Broncos, and if that game told the fanbase one thing, it's that this roster is very flawed. In most instances, superstar QBs are able to 'carry' a team and cover up roster holes until they can't.
We saw reigning MVP Josh Allen be able to do this, but the plethora of roster issues really came back to bite Buffalo in the end, and the blame for that does go on the shoulders of Brandon Beane, who somehow recently got a promotion after the firing of Sean McDermott.
The future of this franchise feels uncertain at best, but that doesn't mean Beane and the rest of the front office can't bring in a very strong 2026 NFL Draft rookie class. They do just that in this mock draft.
Buffalo Bills quit fooling around in 7-Round 2026 NFL Mock Draft
26. Caleb Banks, DT, Florida
Caleb Banks' 2025 season was cut short, but he has incredible size and did finish the 2024 season with seven tackles for loss and 4.5 sacks. Buffalo must get more stout along the DL, especially against the run.
60. Zachariah Branch, WR, Georgia
Zachariah Branch is still a work in progress, but he has absolutely insane athleticism and is obviously a position of need for the Buffalo Bills, a team that could also address the WR room in free agency in March before dipping into the 2026 NFL Draft for more help.
91. Parker Brailsford, OC, Alabama
Center Connor McGovern is a free agent and could price his way out of Buffalo. Parker Brailsford is a top center prospect and is a potentially day one starter at the position. The Bills' OL is a strength, and Brandon Beane must ensure it remains that way.
126. Aiden Fisher, LB, Indiana
Matt Milano and Shaq Thompson are both free agents at linebacker in 2026. The Bills take Aiden Fisher at pick 126. Fisher had 323 total tackles in his final three years of college at James Madison and Indiana, also adding 22 tackles for loss.
166. Daylen Everette, CB, Georgia
The secondary also needs some attention, and the more you dive into the state of the Bills' roster, the worse is gets, in my opinion. Buffalo selects Daylen Everette from Georgia at pick 166 in an effort to continue addressing key roster needs.
220. Caden Curry, EDGE, Ohio State
Caden Curry hat 16.5 tackles for loss and 11 sacks for Ohio State in 2025. Being able to have this kind of production against top competition could bode well for Curry's chances to become a competent NFL pass-rusher. This could be a steal for Brandon Beane at pick 220.
228. Caden Barnett, OG, Wyoming
Guard David Edwards is a free agent, so a late-round swing on a guard prospect wouldn't hurt. The Bills get back to the Wyoming roots and snag Caden Barnett to finish off this draft class.
