It won’t be an easy task for the Buffalo Bills in Week 10. They head into Indianapolis to take on the Joe Flacco-led Colts who are starting to get backed up into a corner at 4-5. It has not been a pleasant series between these two teams the last two regular season matchups. Indianapolis has destroyed Buffalo by a combined score of 78-20. Not to mention, they have the Bills a scare in the 2021 playoffs where it came down to a hail mary pass by Philip Rivers to give the Bills a win.

Despite having five losses, the Colts have not lost by more than a score. The Bills usually get their victories through blowout wins. However, they have recently showed that they can win close games (just ask the Miami Dolphins).

There are some things on the line of both the Bills and Colts in this game. The Colts are looking to stay alive in the AFC South race while the Bills are still chasing the number one seed in the AFC. it could come down to one simple mistake that is the difference maker between a win and a loss.

The Bills learned earlier this week that wide receiver Keon Coleman would not be playing in this game after suffering a wrist injury in Week 9. Linebacker Baylon Spector was also placed on IR. In addition, wide receivrs KJ Hamler and Tyrell Shavers were elevated from the practice squad. Buffalo has been massively affected with injuries and it continues into this week once again.

Right before the inactives list was published, Adam Schefter reported that Amari Cooper would miss his second consecutive game with a wrist injury he suffered in Week 8 against the Seattle Seahawks.

With that, we take a look at the final inactives for both the Bills and Colts.

Buffalo Bills final inactives:

-WR Keon Coleman

-WR Amari Cooper

-WR KJ Hamler

-FB Reggie Gilliam

-LB Edefuan Ulofoshio

-OL Will Clapp

The Colts are fairly healthy on their end, but they will be going into this game without wide reciever Michael Pittman Jr. (back) and they placed center Ryan Kelly on IR this past week. Other than that, they are going into this matchup with a bigger advantage than the Bills.

Indianapolis Colts final inactives:

-WR Michael Pittman Jr.

-DE Genard Avery

-QB Sam Ehlinger

-DT Adam Gotsis

-WR Anthony Gould

-S Darren Hall
