Bills take yet another hit on injury list with latest update heading into Week 11

Looks like Josh Allen will have limited weapons against the Chiefs.

We are just over 48 hours away from the game of the week in Orchard Park where the Buffalo Bills will host the lonely undefeated Kansas City Chiefs. It’s 8-2 vs. 9-0 and the Bills are looking to be the first team to hand the Chiefs their first loss since December of last year.

Whether you believe the Chiefs are an overrated undefeated team or not, they are undefeated for a reason. There’s no doubt that they should have lost last week against the Broncos, but they make the right plays at the right time.

This is Buffalo’s biggest game of the year. While they have had success against the Chiefs in the regular season the last year three years, this season feels a little bit different. This was supposed to be a “rebuilding year” (as many people have said) for the Bills, yet they find themselves at 8-2.

With the way the Chiefs have been playing recently, it is easy to say that the Bills could get an easy victory, especially with how they have been playing. However, Buffalo has a tough task to beat them without some key weapons.

Earlier this week, Sean McDermott told the media that wide receiver Keon Coleman would be out for Week 11, which was expected. He suffered a wrist injury against the Miami Dolphins and more than likely will be returning after the team’s bye week. In addition to Coleman, the Bills have also ruled out tight end Dalton Kincaid with a knee injury so he won’t be on the field as well.

Buffalo Bills are facing an uphill battle for Week 11

Kincaid has had a fairly quiet season after a lot of offseason hype once Stefon Diggs was traded to Houston. He’s only found the endzone twice this year and has had no more than 52 yards in a game.

While his stats don’t show it, Kincaid still plays a vitel role in the offense by picking up first downs in crucial moments. He’s been able to help move the chains for Buffalo 18 times off of sideline catches where he turns upfield and lowers his shoulder to get the first down.

Losing Kincaid means that Bills fans should expect to see more of Dawson Knox and Quintin Morris in the redzone. Buffalo being down Kincaid and Coleman is a massive blow. Not to mention, Amari Cooper is still listed as questionable going into Sunday so if Cooper can’t go, the Bills are going into Sunday’s game with only Khalil Shakir as their true number one target.
