Two more sleeps…just two more until the Buffalo Bills take the field in Arrowhead to take on the back-to-back defending Super Bowl champions; the Kansas City Chiefs. For the fourth time in the five postseasons, the Bills will get their chance to take down the Chiefs. They have been unsuccessful up to this point. Bills Mafia is hoping for a different outcome this time around.

Let’s face it. The Bills were not expected to be in this position whatsoever. They were labeled as a team that was taking a step backwards. A team that lost a lot of key veterans last offseason and was not going to make it out of the AFC East. Well, we all know how that prediction turned out.

Now the Bills are heading into a hostile environment that has not been too kind of them at all. They have been blownout and they have been defeated in a heartbreaking fashion. This upcoming just feels different. It feels like this time around, Bills fans will be crying tears of joy when the clock ticks down to 0:00 and the Bills have more points than the Chiefs. Let’s hope that it does indeed come true.

Bills' Friday injury report provides positives and negatives

The final injury list for the Bills was posted earlier today and there is a lot to look forward to if you are a Bills fan. The good news for the Bills is that linebacker Matt Milano, who was limited with hamstring soreness throughout this week, was a full participant on Friday and does not have an injury designation. He is ready to go and will be tasked to take away production that Travis Kelce can easily produce against this defense.

In other news, not so great news, cornerback Christian Benford (concussion) is listed as questionable going into this game. He was limited on Wednesday and Thursday, but did not practice on Friday. In addition, safety Taylor Rapp has been ruled out with a hip injury. Rookie Cole Bishop is now going to play in the biggest game of his rookie season against the toughest opponent possible. It’s time to see what he’s made of in the biggest spotlight.

The final inactives for both Buffalo and Kansas City will be posted 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Bills Mafia, it’s almost time to make a run for the Super Bowl and who else better to take it from than the defending champs.
