No one can deny the fact that the Buffalo Bills are one of the more well-run organizations in the NFL. Ever since Sean McDermott and Brandon Beane took charge, the franchise has turned around for the better and there is a lot of stability within the organization. There isn’t a lot of turnover and people feel valued within the building.

It also helps that they have built up a championship roster led by an MVP quarterback in Josh Allen. Overall, the Bills have the culture that not a lot of teams in the league have. However, for the longest time, the Bills weren’t exactly a destination for players. Now, we have seen players like Von Miller, Joey Bosa, Leonard Floyd willingly join the Bills in free agency.

It’s one thing if you are drafted or traded to the organization. However, free agents are wanting to come to Buffalo because of the culture and talent they have in the building. Not every team has the same luxury though of being consiered as great landing spots for players, and two of them are in the AFC East.

Jets and Dolphins have a lot to prove to show they are favorable destinations

Alex Kay of Bleacher Report listed five teams that are considered some of the “least desirable NFL trade destinations ahead of 2025 training camp” and both New York and Miami find themselves on this list, and Bills fans can only laugh at the fact that both of these organizations are on this list.

The fact that just a year ago, people were debating whether it would be the Dolphins or Jets taking the AFC East away from the Bills. Fast forward to now, and both teams have an argument to be in last place in the division. It certainly won’t be the Bills or Patriots, both of whom have improved a lot this offseason.

Miami is on the verge of losing Jalen Ramsey, who has requested to be traded out of Miami and the Dolphins are granting it. In addition, Tua Tagovailoa has hit his ceiling of what kind of quarterback he can be. As for New York, well I don’t need to say much because we pretty much know the history that they have.

While New York has a brand new regime and Aaron Glenn is a culture-setter, it’s going to take a lot of time before they head into the right direction. Again, it’s just funny that both New York and Miami on this kind of list when they both were getting projections to take the division away from Buffalo last year.
