Which players will the Buffalo Bills regret not drafting in the 2023 NFL Draft?

The first two rounds of the 2023 NFL Draft couldn’t have gone any better than they did for the Buffalo Bills. In the first round, the Bills added tight end Dalton Kincaid which gives Josh Allen a big receiver. It also gives Ken Dorsey some flexibility in how he runs this offense that he didn’t have last year.

In the second round, the Bills got arguably the best guard in this year’s class in O’Cyrus Torrence. He has the potential to be a starter immediately and the Bills get much better on the offensive line.

There isn’t much to critique with those first two picks but the remainder of the NFL Draft for the Buffalo Bills had some questionable choices. The players they selected may end up being good but with other players still available for key roster needs, it raises the question if the picks could have been better utilized to address other needs.

With that in mind, these are four players that the Buffalo Bills had the opportunity to draft that they may regret not drafting in the coming years.
