Day 2 of the 2023 NFL Draft is set to kick off at 7 PM on Friday night with Rounds 2 and Rounds 3 to be completed. The Buffalo Bills presently have one pick in each round with the 59th overall pick and the 91st overall pick.

In the second round, the NFL is having legends from each franchise announce the pick in that round and the Buffalo Bills will have a fan favorite with former running back Fred Jackson.

Fred Jackson was an undrafted free agent that played for the Bills from 2007 to 2014 and it was right in the middle of the team’s playoff drought. During that time, fans didn’t have much to cheer for but Jackson was certainly a bright spot for this team.

During that time, Jackson had 5,646 rushing yards, 30 rushing touchdowns, 322 receptions, 2,640 receiving yards, and seven receiving touchdowns. He didn’t make any Pro Bowls but in 2009 he led the league in All-Purpose Yards with 2,516.

Jackson would go on to play one season with the Seattle Seahawks in 2015 before retiring from football.

Where do the Buffalo Bills go with their pick in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft?

The Buffalo Bills made a somewhat surprising pick in the first round with the selection of tight end Dalton Kincaid. He would be the first, and only, tight end selected in the first round but does give Josh Allen another playmaker and his role with the Bills may be more than just as a tight end.

Entering the second round, there is still uncertainty around what the Buffalo Bills might do as they could address a number of positions, like linebacker, defensive tackle, or wide receiver, and there are a lot of players at each of those positions that are still available who could contribute right away.
