Possible Buffalo Bills free agency replacements for Tremaine Edmunds: Bobby Wagner

After he and the Los Angeles Rams mutually agreed to part ways, veteran linebacker Bobby Wagner has been on the search for his third career team. Spending a large part of his pro days with the Seattle Seahawks, Wagner established himself as arguably the best inside linebacker in all of football.

Wagner made 8-straight Pro Bowls at one point and has been voted an All Pro on six occasions. It’s safe to say that he very well could be the best linebacker in the league over the past decade, and he hasn’t slowed down a whole lot.

Even though the Rams were tough to watch last season, Wagner still notched 140 total tackles, 10 tackles for loss, 6.0 sacks, five passes defensed, a pair of interceptions and appeared in all 17 games.

Wagner has been dependable throughout his career. He’s been a leader. He’s been everything you’d want in a middle linebacker. Signing the 32-year-old would make this defense forget they ever lost Edmunds in the first place. It would be Super Bowl or bust, for real, this time.
