Bold predictions for Bills vs. Bengals: Cincinnati misses game-tying field goal late in the game

Finally, we come down to a score prediction. The game will be tight. Buffalo will do everything they can to control the clock and run the football, while making it as ugly and difficult as possible for the Bengals.

But in the end, Cincinnati will find a way to continue scoring points, making this game closer than anyone ever imagined. Both teams go back and forth throughout the afternoon, trading punches in the form of touchdowns.

It’s the kicking game that wins it for Buffalo, though, as a pair of Tyler Bass field goals and an Evan McPherson miss become the difference between a win and a loss for each team.

Late in the fourth quarter, the Bengals will get one last opportunity to either take the lead or force overtime. Burrow leads them down just inside of a long field goal range, but McPherson’s kick from beyond 50 falls short, giving Buffalo the Divisional Round victory.

Final score prediction: Bills 34 Bengals 31
