Tre’Davious White
The Buffalo Bills had one of their best players play his first game of the season with the return of Tre’Davious White. The former All-Pro suffered a torn ACL on Thanksgiving in 2021 and was active for the first time against the Lions since that injury.
The Bills have been cautious about bringing White back and that didn’t change on Thursday against the Lions. He only played 16 snaps over the first two series for the Bills’ defense and the first thing to watch for is whether or not that workload increases and by how much.
The other thing to watch is how the Patriots might test Tre’Davious White on the field. The easiest way to do that would be to run the ball in his direction but it wouldn’t be surprising to see Mac Jones and the wide receivers challenge him through the air.
