Eddie Yarbrough

Another former player that the Buffalo Bills could bring back is Eddie Yarbrough, who played 31 games for the Bills in 2017 and 2018, including six starts in 2017. In his time with Buffalo, Yarbrough had 63 total tackles, eight tackles for a loss, eight QB hits, and one sack.

He recently was with the Minnesota Vikings and played eight games total between 2020 and 2021.

The thought process for signing Yarbrough would be the same as if the Bills were to sign Bryan Cox Jr. These two players know the defense and could probably step right in and contribute meaningful snaps.

The Buffalo Bills have done this a few times already this season by trading for Dean Marlowe and recently claiming A.J. Klein off waivers, who in only his second game back would start for the Bills and play 100% of the snaps against the Detroit Lions.

It remains to be seen how much time Von Miller is going to miss but the front office is likely already compiling a list of players to consider signing if the former All-Pro misses an extended period of time. These are four players that should be considered but in the end, the Bills would likely lean towards a player that is familiar with the scheme and coaching staff in Bryan Cox Jr. or Eddie Yarbrough.
