5 Buffalo Bills that need to step up in Week 11 against the Browns
Matt Milano
The Buffalo Bills will be without one half of their starting linebackers with Tremaine Edmunds ruled out for this game due to a groin injury. This puts even more pressure on Matt Milano to step up and lead this defense knowing they are going to be facing a run-heavy offense in Cleveland.
Milano this season has been one of the unsung heroes of this defense and seems to always come up with a big play when the Buffalo Bills need it most. A perfect example is last week against the Vikings as they had 1st and goal from the two-yard line and would hand it off to Dalvin Cook. However, they weren’t able to do much as Milano made a tackle for a loss of three yards.
It wouldn’t be surprising to see the Buffalo Bills utilize more 4-3 formations with Tremaine Edmunds out and the return of A.J. Klein, who they claimed off waivers this week, to try and counter the Browns’ run game. However, in the end, it will likely fall on Matt Milano’s shoulders to lead this defense and make an impact.
