Gabe Davis

This season was supposed to be a breakout year for Gabe Davis as he became the full-time starter opposite Stefon Diggs. He had a great first game against the Rams but then suffered an ankle injury prior to Week 2 that seemed to linger for a few weeks.

Then in Week 5 and Week 6, Davis combined for 245 receiving yards and three touchdowns in the games against the Pittsburgh Steelers and Kansas City Chiefs. It looked like he was turning the corner and would carry that momentum into the rest of the season.

However, that momentum seemed to come to an end against the Packers on Sunday night. He finished the game with only two receptions for 35 yards on seven targets.

While Stefon Diggs continues to be very productive, for the Bills’ offense to stay at the top of the league they really need that second wide receiver, which is Gabe Davis, to consistently produce.
