Buffalo Bills didn’t have their best game and still dominated
The Buffalo Bills built a double digit lead on the second play of the second quarter when Josh Allen found Stefon Diggs for a touchdown to put Buffalo up 14-0. The Green Bay Packers would never get closer than 10 points at any point for the remainder of the game.
It would seem based on the score that the Bills had another excellent game but that was far from the case. Josh Allen had two interceptions, including one in the red zone, with the offense only scoring three points in the second half and the defense allowed over 200 rushing yards.
Even with everything that went wrong, the Bills never seemed threatened or like the outcome was ever in doubt. They looked like they were on a different level which is rather remarkable considering they were playing an Aaron Rodgers-led Packers team that has the talent to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl.
The Buffalo Bills got the win, and that is ultimately the only thing that matters. However, this week there will be plenty of things for the coaching staff to work on and clean up ahead of the AFC East divisional matchup with the New York Jets.
