Isaiah Hodgins

Another player who looked really good in the preseason was wide receiver Isaiah Hodgins. However, with the depth at the position, he would begin the year on the practice squad but eventually make it to the active roster after the Bills had a number of injuries at the position.

He would be active for Week 5 against the Pittsburgh Steelers and have a productive game with four receptions on six targets for 41 yards. These would be his first career receptions and receiving yards in the NFL.

The wide receiver position is one that the Buffalo Bills could add players to this season, most notably with the potential addition of Odell Beckham Jr. With that potential signing combined with the return soon of Jake Kumerow, the Buffalo Bills are probably going to have Hodgins inactive most weeks and maybe even release him with the hope to bring him back to the practice squad.

That may be wishful thinking based on what he did in the preseason and against the Steelers so finding a team to trade with would at least ensure some value coming back.
