5 players who stood out in the Buffalo Bills Week 2 win over the Titans
Jordan Poyer
Last year, Jordan Poyer finally earned some league-wide recognition by being named first-team All-Pro. This was the first time in his career he has been named an All-Pro and it was long overdue based on how he has played since joining the Buffalo Bills in 2017.
The Bills starting safety is well on his way to making a case to once again earn some awards after the season as for the second straight week was able to come away with an interception. This time it was on a pass that was intended for Robert Woods that bounced off his hands and Poyer was able to dive to make the play.
In addition to the interception, Poyer finished the game with four total tackles, one tackle for a loss, and two passes defended.
The Buffalo Bills through the first two games have done a good job getting by without Tre’Davious White and a big reason for that is having players like Jordan Poyer at safety.
