5 players who stood out in the Buffalo Bills Week 2 win over the Titans
Jamison Crowder
Last season, the Buffalo Bills struggled to find a player who could bring stability to the punt returner spot and rotated a number of players through at that spot. However, this year they have seemingly found their answer in Jamison Crowder.
On Monday night, Crowder returned four punts for an average of over 10 yards and had a long of 16 yards.
Last year, the Bills ranked 14th in the league in average punt return yards at 8.5 yards per punt but through the first two games, the team is sixth in the league with an average of 12.2 yards per punt. While that increase of only four yards may not seem like a lot, it can add up in the field position battle and it gives the offense a little extra help when starting their drives.
This has the potential to be an underrated move that pays big dividends over the course of the entire season.
