5 quick postgame thoughts for the Buffalo Bills from Week 2
Buffalo Bills had a number of injuries
The focus is now on a big divisional matchup with the Miami Dolphins but the Buffalo Bills could be dealing with a number of injuries on a short week before their next game. The biggest concern is for cornerback Dane Jackson, who suffered a scary neck injury and left the field in an ambulance.
However, in addition to Jackson, the Bills saw Mitch Morse leave with an elbow injury (although he did return). Towards the end of the third quarter, when the Buffalo Bills began removing their starters, the team tweeted that Matt Milano (stinger), Micah Hyde (neck), and Jordan Phillips (hamstring) all left the game with different injuries.
These injuries, on top of the absences this week of defensive tackles Ed Oliver and Tim Settle, as well as wide receiver Gabe Davis, could be a problem for the Bills heading into Week 3. There may not be many updates until Wednesday when the Bills have their first practice of the week, but it will be worth monitoring.
