The Buffalo Bills are set to play the Tennessee Titans on Monday night but already know going into the game that they will be without one starter. The team released their injury report on Saturday and announced defensive tackle Ed Oliver will be out.

He suffered an ankle injury in Week 1 against the Los Angeles Rams and that injury has lingered into this week. Oliver was not able to practice at all this week so it isn’t much of a surprise but certainly is a big loss for a defense that will be tasked with slowing down running back Derrick Henry.

In addition to Oliver, it is likely the Bills will be without defensive tackle Tim Settle. He also has not been able to practice this week as he is battling a calf injury. However, the team didn’t officially rule him out and listed him as doubtful but it would surprising if he played.

Gabe Davis added to the Buffalo Bills Injury Report for Week 2

The injury listings for Oliver and Settle were expected as they haven’t been able to practice this week. However, one big surprise on Saturday was the addition of wide receiver Gabe Davis.

The team’s starting wide receiver hadn’t been on the injury report at all this week but was added with an ankle injury after being listed as limited on Saturday. The team gave him an injury designation of questionable and he should be able to play but we are unlikely to know officially until the team announces their inactives, which is usually 90 minutes before game time.

One positive from the injury report on Saturday was that cornerback Dane Jackson was able to practice in full. He was not able to practice early this week but with him being able to return to practice the team has him as only questionable.
