Final 2022 regular season win-loss predictions for the Buffalo Bills

Week 9: Buffalo Bills at New York Jets

The New York Jets certainly improved this offseason, particularly with the players they added in the NFL Draft. However, when comparing the two rosters the Buffalo Bills clearly have the better team and this is a game they absolutely should win.

Unfortunately over the past three years, the Bills have had a let-down game around this part of the season. In 2019, the Bills lost to the Cleveland Browns, who were 2-6-1 entering the game, by a final score of 19-16. In 2020, the Bills struggled against the Jets and couldn’t find the end zone but somehow pulled out an 18-10 win.

Then of course there was this past season with the disappointing 9-6 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars that essentially cost them the top seed in the AFC. This game seems like it could be Buffalo’s midseason letdown game but for now, this is a win.

Prediction: Win (6-2)
