Josh Allen

It should be no surprise that Josh Allen is on this list as he has had an incredible two seasons after a slow start to his career. He has rapidly developed into one of the top quarterbacks in the league with over 9,000 passing yards and 73 passing touchdowns since 2020.

While Allen hasn’t always been an elite passer, he has brought a unique skill set to the position and is one of the best running quarterbacks in NFL history. Last year, he set an NFL record and is the only quarterback in NFL history with four straight seasons of six or more rushing touchdowns.

For his career, Allen has 31 rushing touchdowns and is about halfway to the NFL record for rushing touchdowns by a quarterback. This is currently held by Cam Newton who has 75 career rushing touchdowns.

While this would be a great record to hold and would certainly help his Hall of Fame case, ultimately quarterbacks are judged heavily by Super Bowl wins and MVP titles. Right now, Josh Allen has neither but if he were to win a Super Bowl or MVP, which he looks to be well on his way to both, then he has a great chance to make the Hall of Fame after his career.
