Con: Unknown how he responds to a second ACL injury

Odell Beckham Jr. looked to be well on his way to a big Super Bowl performance with two receptions, 52 receiving yards, and a touchdown prior to suffering the ACL injury. He really had a great run with the Rams and was a big part of their offense in the playoffs.

This is his second ACL injury in a short period of time after suffering the same injury in 2020. However, this offseason it was reported by Ian Rapoport that the first surgery to repair the ACL didn’t go as well as many would hope and OBJ recently said that he played most of the season with the Rams without an ACL.

When Rapoport reported on The Pat McAfee Show that the second surgery corrected issues from the first surgery, he also said that the second surgery could extend his career.

While the reports are all positive, there is certainly going to be that unknown if the Buffalo Bills were to sign him soon or near the beginning of the season which leads into the next thought on a potential signing of Odell Beckham Jr.
