Josh Allen

The Buffalo Bills had one of the best passing games in the NFL due in large part to Josh Allen. While the team’s franchise quarterback looked at times like he could do it all himself, this didn’t stop Brandon Beane from adding a lot more playmakers to this offense.

In addition to the previously mentioned O.J. Howard, the Bills upgraded the slot receiver position by signing veteran Jamison Crowder but also brought back Isaiah McKenzie. This year, Buffalo may elect to split the workload between these two which will give the offense more flexibility.

Then in the NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills drafted James Cook in the second round. The former University of Georgia running back is a dynamic player that will challenge teams out of the backfield in the passing game.

The fact that they did get some production from Devin Singletary in the ground game last year was great, this is going to remain a pass-first offense and Cook should play a major role in that. In addition, Khalil Shakir is a versatile player that can be utilized in a number of different ways and is just another playmaker for Josh Allen.
