The next quarterback on this list is the one that Matthew Stafford face in last year’s Super Bowl, Joe Burrow. The former first overall pick led the Bengals through an improbable playoff run and had a breakout season his second year in the league.
Last year, Burrow completed over 70% of his passes for 4,611 passing yards 34 touchdowns, and 14 interceptions. He continued his strong play into the playoffs with 1,105 passing yards, five touchdowns and two interceptions in four games.
While the Bills don’t necessarily have to worry about Burrow running, he is incredibly accurate with his throws and can make any throw on the field. He also showed last year that sacks don’t necessarily rattle him as he led the league with 51 but still had an incredible season.
The Bengals added to their offensive line this offseason with the signings of La’el Collins, Alex Cappa, and Ted Karras which should give Joe Burrow more time which will only make him tougher to stop this season.
