The Buffalo Bills wrapped up minicamp this week and this was the final part of the offseason workout program. The Bills will be off for roughly a month before they come back together for training camp.

The last 53-man roster projection I did was shortly after the NFL Draft and since the beginning of May, the Bills have signed some new players that have a good chance of making the regular season roster. This is what I believe the 53-man roster could look like for the Buffalo Bills at this point of the offseason.

Quarterbacks (2)

Josh Allen, Case Keenum

There isn’t any change at this position and it would be very surprising if these weren’t the two quarterbacks on the roster entering the 2022 season. Josh Allen is an elite quarterback and the Buffalo Bills traded for Case Keenum, who is a great veteran backup.

The third quarterback on the roster is Matt Barkley and while he will be released he should return to the practice squad and be another veteran in the quarterback room to help Allen this season.
