Micah Hyde

Prior Team: Green Bay Packers

The first player on this is Micah Hyde, who joined the team in 2017 as a free agent. At the time, the Buffalo Bills had not had the success they have recently and Hyde has been a big reason for helping transform the franchise into what it is today.

Hyde entered the league in 2013 as a fifth round pick by the Green Bay Packers and during that time wasn’t necessarily a consistent starter. He moved around during that time from safety to nickel and back to safety and was typically the backup to start the season.

That is why when Hyde signed with the Buffalo Bills at the time, it was hard to imagine what this position would become and what Hyde would bring. He has developed into one of the top safeties in the league with one Pro Bowl nomination in 2017 and 14 interceptions and 35 passes defended and only missed two games over the past five years.

Micah Hyde and the Bills will play the Green Bay Packers in Week 8 on Sunday Night Football.
