Among the games on the schedule, there may not be a more anticipated game than their Week 6 matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs. This game has become one of the top rivalries in the NFL and is must-watch television.

Last year, the Bills made two trips to Kansas City with a win over the Chiefs in the regular season before coming up short in the AFC Divisional Round.

This offseason though the Chiefs have lost key players with the trade of Tyreek Hill as well as Tyrann Mathieu leaving in free agency. However, they have done a good job reloading their roster with rookies like Skyy Moore, Trent McDuffie, and George Karlaftis as well as veteran free agents like Juju Smith-Schuster and Ronald Jones.

The biggest question is how quickly the rookies are able to get up to speed and contribute. The fact that this game is earlier in the season gives the Buffalo Bills a slight edge and enough to get the win.
