Buffalo Bills Tight Ends (3)

Dawson Knox, O.J. Howard, Tommy Sweeney

If the Buffalo Bills want to find a roster spot, they could elect to go with two tight ends but considering the thought they may want to use more two tight end sets this coming season, it would make sense to have three.

At the top of the position is Dawson Knox, who is coming off an excellent season and is entering the final year of his rookie contract. He should remain a big part of this offense moving forward.

After Knox is O.J. Howard, who the Bills signed as a free agent this offseason. The addition of Howard is what really gives Buffalo the opportunity at more two tight end sets as he is a threat in the passing game but also does a good job blocking.

The third tight end spot belongs to Tommy Sweeney, who has stepped in when the need has arisen. He would likely be the player left off the roster if the team elects to keep only two tight ends.
