OG Marquel Harrell, Michigan Panthers

Marquell Harrell joined the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent after the 2020 NFL Draft. Harrell was forced to participate in the offseason virtually due to COVID-19. He did not make the roster or practice squad out of training camp but was signed to the Bills’ practice squad for the last five weeks of the 2020 season.

The Bills brought Harrell back for training camp in 2021, but he was released in mid-August and then signed with the Carolina Panthers. Harrell has not made an NFL appearance but was drafted in the 22nd round by the Michigan Panthers.

WR Lance Lenoir, Michigan Panthers

Lance Lenior spent the 2021 training camp with the Buffalo Bills, eventually released in late August. Lenior’s last NFL job was with the Bills, and he was drafted in the 14th round by the Michigan Panthers. Before the Bills, Lenoir spent the 2017-2019 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys and part of the 2020 season with the Seattle Seahawks.

TE Bug Howard, Philadelphia Stars

Bug Howard went undrafted in 2017 as a tight-end prospect out of the University of North Carolina. Howard spent time with the Indianapolis Colts, Cleveland Browns, Carolina Panthers, Atlanta Legends (AAF), Denver Broncos, and Jacksonville Jaguars from 2017to 2020.

Howard signed with the Bills in the summer of 2021, spent training camp with the team, and did not make the 53-man roster or the practice squad. Howard has never appeared in an NFL game but had 17 catches for 220 yards for the Atlanta Legends in the AAF.
