The running back position is not necessarily as big of a need as it was at one point but it is a position that the Buffalo Bills may consider during the NFL Draft. One player that could be on their radar now after the Senior Bowl is TJ Pledger.

Pledger spent this past year with Utah after three seasons with Oklahoma. He finished the year with 694 rushing yards, six rushing touchdowns with 10 receptions for 104 receiving yards. The former Utes running back has good speed and elusiveness as shown on this play from the Senior Bowl.

The running back position is interesting for the Buffalo Bills because they could go in a number of directions and need to decide whether they continue with a backfield of Singletary and Zack Moss, or bring in competition either in free agency or the NFL Draft. If they want to address the position in the NFL Draft, Pledger would be a good fit to pair with Devin Singletary in the backfield.
