These are the top takeaways from Josh Allen’s performance in the 2021 season

This was going to be a big season for Josh Allen for a number of reasons. He would need to dispel any notion that the 2020 season was a fluke while also living up to what is one of the biggest contracts ever given to an NFL player, an extension he signed prior to the season.

While the season had its ups and downs, when looking at the entire season he certainly answered the challenge. He would finish the year completing 63% of his passes for 4,407 passing yards, 36 touchdowns, 15 interceptions with an additional 763 rushing yards, and seven rushing touchdowns.

Allen would help lead an offense that finished third in scoring (28.4 points per game) and help the Bills win their second AFC East division title and advance to the AFC Divisional Round. When looking at the 2021 season that Josh Allen had, these are the four biggest takeaways.
