When the Buffalo Bills added Sean McDermott as head coach and Brandon Beane as general manager in 2017, there was an instant connection with their former employer, the Carolina Panthers. This connection saw the Bills sign a number of former Panthers but also trade for some players.

The Bills may end up having a similar connection now with the New York Giants after they hired Joe Schoen, formerly assistant general manager, and Brian Daboll, formerly offensive coordinator, to be their general manager and head coach, respectively.

There is going to be a working relationship between these two franchises for the next few years and the Giants will likely be looking at a number of free agents the Bills have this offseason. However, the Buffalo Bills should also be looking at the Giants as potential trade partners.

These are two franchises that are at different points currently as the Bills are looking to get over that hump to get the Super Bowl. Meanwhile, the Giants are likely rebuilding and understanding they are a few years from truly competing may want to shed some salary and move veterans for draft picks.

When looking at their roster, these are four players that the Buffalo Bills could be interested in trading for that the Giants may also be willing to move.
