1. Green Bay Packers

At number one is the Green Bay Packers, who earned the number one seed in the NFC. While they didn’t play this past weekend with the bye, they may be the most complete team among the remaining eight teams.

Under center, the Packers have Aaron Rodgers, who has played at an MVP level, with Aaron Jones and A.J. Dillon in the backfield. While the Packers don’t have a deep wide receiver group, Davante Adams is enough of a matchup nightmare that it helps players like Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Allen Lazard a threat.

On the defensive side of the ball, they do a good job getting after the quarterback with Preston Smith and Rashan Gary along with a solid secondary that includes Darnell Savage and Adrian Amos. These players, combined with the potential returns of Za’Darius Smith and Jaire Alexander, is going to make this a tough defense to beat.

The Packers had a five-game win streak snapped in the final game of the regular season against the Detroit Lions, but this was a game where a number of starters rested in the second half. That shouldn’t be too much of a concern and they should enter this weekend as one of the best teams remaining in the playoffs.
