Buffalo Bills TE Dawson Knox
Earlier in the season, tight end Dawson Knox was a big part of this offense but hadn’t really played the same role since returning from a broken hand, which he suffered in Week 6 against the Tennessee Titans.
On Saturday night, Knox once again emerged as a primary target for Josh Allen and led the team in receptions (5), receiving yards (83), and two touchdowns. The first touchdown was an incredible catch by Knox that Josh Allen admitted after the game he was just trying to throw the ball away.
Josh Allen says he was trying to throw the ball away on the first TD throw to Dawson Knox. He got up and started walking back to the huddle after the play with no idea what happened. Said he couldn’t figure out why people were celebrating and had to keep asking about the play.

The return of Dawson Knox just makes this already tough offense to stop that much tougher. The Bills offense can now beat teams in a number of ways from the run game with Singletary and Allen, to pass-catchers like Stefon Diggs, Dawson Knox, Emmanuel Sanders, and even Isaiah McKenzie, who is once again very effective catching and rushing on limited attempts.
