In terms of yards or points, this was not the best performance by the Buffalo Bills this year. However, they made key defensive plays when the team needed them most.

It started on the first offensive drive of the Patriots with Buffalo already up 7-0. Mac Jones was moving their offense down the field, including converting two third downs of 14 and 10 yards. After that second third down conversion, Jones went deep down the left side but Micah Hyde made up incredible ground to come away with the first interception of the game.

The second interception, which Levi Wallace gets credit for but it was Matt Milano tipping the ball up that made the play possible, came on the opening drive of the second half. The Patriots had just got their first point of the game on their final drive of the first half but the Bills would get the turnover, score another touchdown that would extend their lead to 33-3.

It was a great game by the Buffalo Bills defense and they made the plays when necessary.
