Chicago Bears
The final team that could make sense for Leslie Frazier is actually a former organization that he played for. Frazier was a member of the Chicago Bears from 1981 to 1985 and even started every game at cornerback as a member of the famous 1985 Chicago Bears defense.
One of the worst kept secrets in the NFL this year is that the Bears are likely going to move on from Matt Nagy and find a new head coach this offseason. According to this tweet by ESPN’s Kevin Seifert, Dan Graziano and Jeremy Fowler have been hearing Leslie Frazier’s name as a possibility.
The fact that Leslie Frazier is a former player and was on the team the last time they won the Super Bowl makes sense. However, his candidacy should go past the nostalgia and he could be a great fit for this team.
The Bears, similar to some of these other teams, have some talented players on the defensive side of the ball like Roquan Smith, Khalil Mack, Eddie Goldman, and Eddie Jackson that Frazier could build around.
