X-factors for the Buffalo Bills in Week 15 against the Carolina Panthers
Dane Jackson
In the first real test without All-Pro Tre’Davious White, the Buffalo Bills secondary held up against a good Bucs passing attack that has Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and Tom Brady throwing the ball. While the Panthers’ offense will never be confused with the Bucs, they have a pretty good group of wide receivers.
At the top is D.J. Moore who has 72 receptions, 938 receiving yards, and four touchdowns on the season. While there is a big gap statistically after Moore, Robby Anderson and Terrace Marshall Jr. can’t be taken lightly.
The questions for the Panthers lie squarely at the quarterback position and whether or not Cam Newton and P.J. Walker can get the ball to them. I would imagine that the Panthers are going to come in with a game plan of targeting the unproven Dane Jackson.
He will have a great chance at making some big plays when taking into account the Panthers’ quarterbacks have struggled to protect the ball with five interceptions in the past two games.
