Josh Allen has back-to-back 100 rushing yard games

One of the big changes last week against the Bucs was the Buffalo Bills called more run plays for Josh Allen. He finished the game with a season-high 12 rushing attempts and had his first game with 100 or more rushing yards this season. In fact, the last time Allen broke 100 rushing yards was Week 14 of the 2018 season.

While the Carolina Panthers are very good against the pass, they aren’t as strong against the run. They are entering this week allowing on average 115.3 rushing yards per game, which is the 14th highest total in the NFL.

Considering how effective Allen was running the ball and how the offense looked in the second half, I would imagine Brian Daboll would prefer to continue to use the same game plan. The biggest question is how healthy Josh Allen will be after his foot injury against the Bucs.

If the Buffalo Bills quarterback does play and the coaching staff feels confident that he wouldn’t re-aggravate the injury, then Josh Allen should have another game with double-digit carries and a good chance at breaking 100 rushing yards again.
