Who is returning kicks for the Bills?

In the past few weeks, the Buffalo Bills have made some significant changes in terms of who is returning kicks. For a majority of the season, it has been Isaiah McKenzie returning both kickoffs and punts but that changes on Thanksgiving night when the Bills activated rookie Marquez Stevenson off injured reserve.

He would end up being the primary returner for both but the coaching staff seemingly didn’t have confidence in the rookie on Monday night in the tough weather conditions. Instead, the team went with Micah Hyde on punts and Matt Breida on kickoffs.

On Tuesday, Sean McDermott mentioned that he wants players back there that he can trust and said “we’ll see” in regards to who returns kicks this week, according to Matthew Bove.

It does make sense to want a player like Hyde returning punts considering the weather conditions and momentum can swing easily on those plays, as evident by N’Keal Harry’s fumble on a punt return that led to the Bills only touchdown.
