Spencer Brown

The last player to watch is one that hasn’t been confirmed to be back but looks to be heading that direction in starting right tackle Spencer Brown. The rookie has missed the past two weeks after being placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list but was activated on Tuesday.

Brown couldn’t come back at a better time but also faces a tall task in Week 13 as he will be asked to block Matt Judon. The pass rusher signed as a free agent this offseason after playing for the Baltimore Ravens and is having a career year with the Patriots.

On the season, Judon has 11.5 sacks which includes five sacks and 12 QB hits in just the past five games. The sacks and QB hits Judon has in just the past five games are more than any Buffalo Bills player has this season.

If Josh Allen is to have a good game, he is going to need time in the pocket. If Spencer Brown can limit Judon’s impact in this game, it will go a long way in helping the Buffalo Bills potentially come away with a win against the Patriots.
