Can Josh Allen get the offense back on track?
There has been times this season that Josh Allen has looked like the player who finished second in the MVP voting last year. Unfortunately, that hasn’t consistently been the case and the Buffalo Bills quarterback is falling back into some bad habits.
Most notably the fact that he is struggling to protect the football and now has five interceptions and one fumble lost in the past three games. This is a significant increase over the first part of the season when he had only four (three interceptions, one fumble lost) through the first seven games of the year.
The reasons for the offense struggling over the past few weeks are not solely on Josh Allen but he has to play better and more importantly has to do a better job protecting the ball. The New Orleans Saints have done a good job forcing interceptions this year with 11, which is the seventh highest total in the NFL.
