Josh Allen finds Stefon Diggs for the Buffalo Bills first touchdown of the game and cut the Colts lead in half

The Buffalo Bills found themselves in a situation they haven’t found themselves in much this year as the Indianapolis Colts got out to a 14-0 lead after two touchdowns by Jonathan Taylor. Meanwhile, the offense was moving the ball well on the first drive but Josh Allen had an interception that ended that drive.

On the second drive, the Buffalo Bills once again were moving the ball well but ended with different results. On a drive that the Bills couldn’t afford ending on a touchdown with how the first quarter went, Josh Allen looked the way of his top wide receiver and threw a perfect pass to Stefon Diggs who made a toe-drag catch.

This was Stefon Diggs fifth touchdown reception of the year and he is now tied for the league lead with tight end Dawson Knox. This was great to see Diggs get involved because the Buffalo Bills look like they are going to be in a shootout with the Indianapolis Colts.

Josh Allen bounces back after almost throwing second interception

The throw was also great to see from Josh Allen who has looked good at times this game but also has made some awful mistakes. The first drive ended on an interception by George Odom and the second drive almost ended the same way with Odom attempting to make a diving interception.

The play was initially called an interception but was reversed as the ball looked like it hit the ground before Odom gained control. The Buffalo Bills quarterback bounced back after that play to make a great throw on the sideline to Cole Beasley before finding Diggs on that touchdown two plays later.

Through the first two drives, Josh Allen is 9 of 12 for 83 yards with one touchdown and one interception. He also has added 18 rushing yards.
