This was the type of win the Buffalo Bills needed to have after their performance against the Jacksonville Jaguars. They could not leave any doubt about them against the Jets and they certainly didn’t.

The Bills offense started off fast with points on the first two drives before starting to slow down. However, right before halftime Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs started to connect and that started a run of 28 straight points that put the game out of reach.

While the Bills defense did allow 17 points, it never really felt close or like the Jets offense was able to move the ball with much effectiveness against this defense. The pass rush put pressure on Mike White, which forced him into a number of mistakes that this secondary capitalized on.

The Buffalo Bills will need to use the momentum they generated against the Jets into next weekend’s game against the Indianapolis Colts.
