It was an up and down game for Tremaine Edmunds as he was in a position to make some big plays, like an interception in the first half. On the next play, the Jaguars connected on a 55-yard field goal.

He also was called for roughing the passer, which appeared questionable, but nonetheless extended a Jaguars drive that was almost guaranteed to end in points if it weren’t for a fumble in the red zone.

Matt Milano made a nice play on a tackle for a loss but otherwise had a fairly quiet game with four total tackles. The grade this week takes a hit based on the missed opportunities from Tremaine Edmunds.

Secondary

It is really hard to ask more from the Buffalo Bills secondary this week after allowing only 139 passing yards and an average of 5.4 yards per attempt between Trevor Lawrence and C.J. Beathard.

The secondary did a good job of limiting the impact of the Jaguars’ wide receivers and Micah Hyde had the play of the game with a fumble recovery that ended a good scoring chance for the Jaguars.

They also had this type of performance after losing starting nickel Taron Johnson early in the game to a concussion.

It wasn’t all good though as Tre’Davious White and Levi Wallace each were called for penalties on separate scoring drives for the Jacksonville Jaguars. These two penalties pull the grade down slightly.
